Participation in any Founding Member or early access offering represents access to a developing product and service experience. Features, specifications, pricing, timelines, and availability may change as development progresses.

Product Development and Delivery

Any delivery timelines presented on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply chain, or operational factors.

Modifications

Globetrotter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, feature, pricing, or service at any time.

Authorization and Completion of Transaction

By submitting payment to Globetrotter Innovations LLC, you authorize us to process your transaction in connection with a Founding Member reservation or early access offering.

You acknowledge that your payment secures priority access to a future product or service currently in development.

Globetrotter reserves the right to complete, capture, or finalize the transaction upon release, shipment, or fulfillment of the applicable product or service. By completing your purchase, you agree to this fulfillment structure.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Founding Member purchases and reservation payments are final and non-refundable.

By providing your phone number through the Globetrotter website, you consent to receive SMS communications from Globetrotter Innovations LLC. Messages may include account notifications, order updates, membership information, and service communications.
